A little tuxedo kitten was given to Sarah Kelly, the organization’s founder, who runs Murphy’s Law Animal Rescue in North Carolina, after she was discovered walking the streets alone. She was discovered outside a building by someone who heard her meowing and saw the little ball of fur close to an air conditioner.
The cat sobbed uncontrollably that day since it rained a lot and she missed her mother, but no other cats were seen in the area. The cat was boisterous and naughty right away, and she was solely interested in getting the attention and love of her rescuers.
Sarah told:
“Her cries saved her life. She brought it to us and she did not stop meowing (giving orders). She was never shy but she was demanding of affection and attention.
The little girl was named Peep, after the Easter marshmallow candy; she was very astute and she didn’t hesitate to let her foster mother know what she thought about the bottle.
Peep refused to eat, but Sarah was patient and managed to talk her down. As soon as she started feeding from the bottle, he became her favorite moment.
Sarah says:
She would sip from her bottle, turn around, and move so that her tummy could be massaged.
While in her kennel and pacing the area, Sarah kept an eye on the cat who loved exploring her surroundings and figured she’d benefit from some companionship.
Sarah exposed her to a litter of somewhat smaller kittens who resembled her after she was medically sound.
They clicked straight away, and Peep naturally assumed the position of big sister and guided her new brothers, who were content to be by her side.
She was a very sweet and sonorous girl, all the time meowing and purring. When she was old enough and healthy enough to find her forever home, she quickly captured the hearts of a family, who brought her home to give her a loving forever home.
Sarah, who was ecstatic and joyful, said:
There is no better family! For the remainder of her nine life, they will pamper her! Peep will lead a beautiful life filled with cuddles and have a fuzzy sibling named Cory.
