Fortunately, two bikers who were passing by and could hear the adorable kitty that was found alone wondering through the woodland in the fields of central Brittany, France, come to her aid.
The pair heard a loud noise coming from the bushes as they continued their normal bike ride through the woods. The small kitten, who was lost and alone in the jungle, was discovered when they both stopped to look into what it was.
Celine and her husband, Daniel, initially believed it to be a bird, but the loud noises were actually the kitten meowing for help.
Celine told:
“We were crossing a very quiet road and passing through a forest with no houses nearby, when suddenly we heard a loud screech coming from a fern on the side of the road.”
At that time, the kitten was very scared and distressed, she did not want to approach the married couple and even tried to get away from them.
She was forced to sit on the ground and speak to the small cat in a low voice in an effort to win her trust. The cat eventually came to the conclusion that the pair was not trying to injure her and went up to cuddle Celine repeatedly.
Celine continued:
We realized we had to attempt to bring her home, but she wouldn’t allow us. She started wailing and clawing at me.
The journey home was lengthy, so Daniel tucked her beneath his shirt to attempt to keep her safe. They chose to go home without the kitten since it was quite agitated and was trying to escape from her.
In the hopes that the cat wouldn’t escape, they swiftly drove back to their house after putting her in hiding.
When they got home, they grabbed a cardboard box and set off as swiftly as they could for the forest.
Celine threw in.
She emerged from concealment and ran towards me as soon as I stepped out of the car and yelled for her.
The adorable cat leapt into Celine’s arms and began to climb up, seemingly willing to accompany them home.
Her wish was granted, and the first night in her new home was spent giving Daniel a thank-you grooming session.
During the following days, the kitten named Mini Kitty, adapted to her home, fed like a champion and rested a lot to recover energy. No matter what she did, she was always around Celine and Daniel, it seemed, so she felt safe doing her things.
The adoring Mini Kitty developed a hugging habit and now gives embraces to everyone and anything that is close to her.
Celine commented:
She is a lovely kitty that is very friendly and energetic. She rushes upstairs to meet us as soon as she hears us get up.
Despite being the youngest member of the family, Mini Kitty gets along well with the other house pets because to her kind disposition.
The sweet cat is very affectionate with all people and has such a striking personality that she makes anyone’s day.
Three years after being rescued, Mini Kitty is no longer that shy little kitty, but some things never change and she is still hugging her loving parents.
When the adorable kitty needed them the most, Daniel and Celine showed up in her life, and she will truly be forever thankful to them.
