The Foster Kitty Family rescue organization in San Jose, California, has taken in a beautiful calico kitten. The cat was given the name Mack; she was with her brothers and required emergency treatment as well as round-the-clock bottle feeding.
The volunteers took care of the kittens for a few days, during which time they started to open their eyes, get stronger, and become more active. They gained weight quite fast.
Mini Cat Town’s director, Laura Malone, says:
Although Justin (the other sibling) weighed around 100 grams more than them, Mack and his brother Eddie were about the same size.
The adorable cat opened its amazing eyes, and after a few days she was quite interested and active. She purred contentedly when around people, and constantly sought for attention and hugs from her.
Laura states:
Mack is especially adorable and a little purring machine.
The kitten quickly captivated everyone around her, her foster father is completely enamored with her antics and enjoys spoiling her whenever he gets the chance.
She is very happy with her humans and it shows with her loud purrs, the kitten knows that she is safe and is happy to have a comfortable and warm bed to rest.
Says Laura
“Mack is really nice, quiet, and independent, in contrast to the reputation that many calico and multi-colored [kittens] have for being rowdy. He placed a tiny blanket there for him, and I now always find it there.
Mack enjoys the company of people and likes to run and see everything they do, she is a very sweet and calm girl, she is always purring with happiness with her favorite people.
He enjoys the little things in life, being in the arms of his humans, or some games. She usually keeps an adorable worried expression on her face which makes her incredibly charming.
The three boys are doing well under the foster family’s and the rescue center’s care; they have even picked up how to eat from a dish like large kitties.
When Mack meets her humans, she turns onto her back and is eager to be petted. Mack is still learning how to play with toys. The foster cat’s lovely attitude and heartwarming purrs have won her foster parents over entirely.
Although they have a lot to grow and develop their feline skills, Mack is enjoying all the love he can get from his humans and fills his room with happy purrs.
