When Hoboken, New Jersey-based KittenBnB owner Jess Thoren visited the shelter to pick up three kittens, she noticed an abandoned baby there by herself. Even though the tiny fluffy was the youngest of all, he really wanted a home.
Jess was unable to look at the kitten calmly as he sat by himself in the shelter, not knowing what would become of him. She offered right away to take him home with the three other people she had come for as well.
Victor Frankenstein’s cat, Frankie, adapted easily to his new surroundings. Frankie required particular attention and constant bottle feeding at 250g.
Being the smallest, Frankie was still drawn to his half-siblings and was determined to keep up with them. Nothing could shake his resolve. “He’s a week or two younger than the rest, but he’s growing fast,” writes KittenBnb’s Eric Thoren.
The kitten really liked the home environment, and he especially liked being among other fluffies.
Three kittens fell in love with him as if they were their own. They accepted the youngest friend into their company and called him to participate in all undertakings.
While Franky slowly revealed his abilities, the elders served as an example for him, and he learned more and more by looking at them.
Frankie made an effort to mimic the kittens’ running, playing, and walking patterns. Even after slipping and falling, he maintained his courage and self-assurance.
After much racing about, the male happily curled up next to his siblings and slept off while purring. He was the tiniest of them, yet that did not deter him in the slightest.
The brave guy was not going to fall behind the other kittens in games and wrestling. He gained weight and strength, and his character manifested itself brighter.
With the help of his relatives, Frankie became playful and completely restless. The cats grew together and played naughty with more and more energy.
He will not fall asleep if there is no friend nearby to snuggle up to. Frankie prefers to wrap her paws around her sleeping friends or bury her muzzle in their fur.
The tiny cat does not remember his sad childhood and enjoys life in a big family. In a few weeks they will all be old enough to be ready to find a permanent home.
Frankie is still showering friends with love and filling the room with his wonderful rolling purr till then.
He is still the tiniest person in the group, but he has a great heart that is filled with compassion.
Jess felt she had to assist when she saw baby Frankie abandoned at a shelter.
Now that he is in foster care, he enjoys playing and snuggling with the other kids.
