A stray kitten was brought to Burlington, North Carolina’s Sparkle Cat Rescue on November 5th after being discovered close to a voting location.
Stephanie Grantham, co-founder of the animal rights group, claims that one of the contenders observed her all day and chose to inform us.
The infant had ear mites, fleas all over him, and was quite hungry. The man picked her up and drove her to the rescuers in his vehicle because no one recognized her or knew where she had come from.
Adeline was the kitten’s name. She only weighted 900 g, yet she was bursting with love. She quickly glanced about her new home at the overexposure and then rolled onto her back, clearly indicating that it was time to touch her stomach.
It is unknown how she ended herself on the streets, but she clearly enjoyed the protection. She was absolutely cuddly, just like a real cat, and she followed her foster mother around the home.
Last weekend, cute Adeline made her first appearance in the shelter’s guest room.
Some people came to look at her, but she showed no interest herself. When they tried to pick her up, she dodged, as if she was consciously waiting for someone else …
Steve came to the adoption center to look at the new cats and saw Adeline. The black and white cat spotted the man and walked right up to him. He picked it up and she lay down on his arm.
Seeing that the baby was comfortable, Stephen began to carry her with him, getting to know other fluffies. At some point, he put her on the floor to interact with one cat, and Adeline did not like it.
“She got really upset and started growling at anyone who tried to pick her up,” says Stephanie.
Hearing the kitten’s polyphonic complaints, Steve hurried back. “By this point, he already knew that he would take her. She was sweeter to him than she was to any other person in that room.”
He lulled the cat in his arms and made him a permanent member of his family.
“Adeline chose her owner,” Stephanie says. “She went to her man’s house, and we were extremely happy for her.”
Overexposure’s owner, Erin, believes that overexposure is a fantastic illustration of how pets pick their owners since she loves her new dad with all of her heart and won’t let him put her down.
