Еvery Single Night For Dinner Тhe Сat Insists Оn Sitting Аt Тhe Тable

At just 8 weeks old, Lilou joined his family and has been a highly inquisitive, naughty cat ever since. He is nicknamed as the wild one by his parents since his elder siblings, Pinot and Minou, are considerably more subdued than he is.

“He loves playing with the other cats, and wants to decide himself when it is time to cuddle,” Philipp Kehrein, Lilou’s dad, told. “He is very lively and curious. One time I was snoring and he wanted to check where this noise was coming from — so I was woken by a cat putting his snout in my mouth — very hairy.”

Lilou enjoys spending time with his family, so when his mother gave him a small cat tree, he began using it to eat meals at the table next to his parents. He enjoys having constant access to information, and of course, being as near to the food as possible is a major selling factor.

Lilou’s parents recently started renovations on their dining room, and as a result, they’ve been eating outside on their balcony a lot. Due to his curious nature, Lilou always follows them out onto the balcony.

Since Lilou had been joining them at the inside table while perched on his cat tree, he figured he would be welcome at the outside table as well. The first time they ate outdoors, Lilou took his mother’s place as soon as she stood up from the balcony table.

Now, every single time his parents eat outside, Lilou steals his mom’s seat at the table as soon as she gets up to go get something from inside …

… and he even tries to eat her foods, too.

He like chicken and fish, according to Kehrein. He enjoys eating with us the most out of our three kitties.

Lilou only attempts to steal his mother’s food when he thinks no one is watching, but he still enjoys sitting at the table for family dinners on the balcony, at least until he has to give the seat back to his mother.
He enjoys the companionship and occasionally receives goodies, according to Kehrein.
