Kristian Svenson of Lakewood, Colorado, discovered his cat tabby sneaking about the house and opening doors. Mulder, a cunning tuxedo tabby cat, supposedly likes waking up his owner by hanging from the doorknob and opening doors like a person.
Svenson couldn’t take his cat’s antics any longer, so he devised a strategy to put an end to Mulder. In front of a locked door, he placed a makeshift water trap. This, however, was insufficient to deter Mulder. The small cat effortlessly leaped over the water trap and onto the doorknob, opened it, and walked inside peacefully.
Sven is now never safe from his cat as the intuitive moggy has actually figured out how to open doors.

He then returns to the ground and waits for the door to open before leaping to the other side.
