A lonely kitty was found living under a home. Because he was little and weak, he was unable to care for himself and needs the help of an animal rescuer. Thankfully, a kind man named Josh came to the kitten’s rescue.
When Josh found the kitten, he picked him up and checked on him to make sure he was ok. The man wanted to bring him inside to keep him safe and warm, but his friends told him that he should wait because the kitten’s family might come back to look for him.
So, Josh placed the kitten right where he found him and waited for his family.
Josh went to check on the cat the next day, and he was still there. He took the cat in and cared for him without hesitation. Josh had never taken care of a kitten before, so he took him to a professional animal rescuer who showed him how to care for him.
Josh decided to foster the cat and care for him until he could find a permanent home for him. Josh did everything he could to ensure the kitten’s growth, strength, and health.
Josh never planned to become a cat dad, and he didn’t even think he liked cats, but the tiny kitten changed his mind. He fell in love with the kitten and knew that he couldn’t live without this little friend.
When it came time to find the cat a permanent home, Josh opted to adopt him and raise him as his own. He named the kitten Smokey after him.

Smokey has finally found his ultimate home and the loving owner he deserves after everything that has transpired in the past. Josh and Smokey have now become best friends and are inseparable. He is happy living in a caring home with his beloved father.
