Сat Is Fascinated Вy А Statue Тhat Look Like Нim

In March, Jenny Salzer was perusing Goodwill when she stumbled upon a black cat statue.

Although it had a few scuffs and scrapes, it bore an uncanny similarity to her cat Cosmo.

Salzer purchased the cat figurine and displayed it on the front steps of her home. She forgot about the impulse buy until Cosmo saw it one day while they were sitting outside.

The cat was immediately drawn to his unusual twin and began sniffing and rubbing his face against it. Cosmo is a softie by nature. “He enjoys playing! He also enjoys cuddling and making biscuits out of everything fluffy “According to Salzer, who spoke to The Dodo. The statue, on the other hand, appeared to be an outlier.

Cosmo has become increasingly connected to the statue in the months since then. Salzer occasionally notices Cosmo wrapping his paws around the statue and rubbing his face against its face as if claiming it.

“He always enjoys the statue,” Salzer recalled, “but he hadn’t enjoyed it as much before.”

When the usually inside cat is permitted to spend time in the yard with his pal under his mother’s supervision, he likes it. Cosmo appears to enjoy the statue’s company when he isn’t offering it affection: “He sits next to it occasionally,” Salzer added.

Whether or if Cosmo sees a bit of himself in the statue, Salzer is happy with her purchase, and Cosmo is certainly not.
