When a curious kitten became caught on a crippled US military helicopter, his curiosity brought him into trouble.
Nicole, a filmmaking instructor at a non-profit group that offers free post-traumatic stress disorder training in this field, told us about her experience. Employees from her company were on business in New York’s Fort Drum one summer when they saw an unexpected event.
A team of students and instructors spotted a tiny gray kitten climbing into a non-functioning Cobra helicopter and getting stuck in its side, Nicole said. The helicopter was an exhibit of the museum of vehicles located at the military base, she explained.
The unfortunate man was fed milk through a drinking straw before being rescued by unlocking the helicopter’s access plate on the side.
