Nick and Voirrey Cole are a couple from the Isle of Man who have a strong desire to tour the globe. They never turn down the possibility to travel overseas when it presents itself.
Nick’s 40th birthday was just scheduled, and they arranged a vacation to New York to celebrate. They made travel plans and boarded the plane, but they had no idea that their cat would accompany them.
Nick and his wife were immediately detained when they arrived at airport security. The security personnel wanted to inspect their bags, so they were put aside. When they opened the luggage and saw their cat Candy, they couldn’t believe their eyes.
She seemed to have slipped inside unnoticed, but she was unable to get through airport security.
Candy was certainly not going to be forgotten. Who wouldn’t want to visit New York City? She pretended they didn’t have a ticket for her and crept inside without being seen.
Everyone was as perplexed as the pair, albeit Candy had done something similar previously.
When they told what (possibly) happened at the airport, everyone laughed heartily. Nick’s pals picked Candy up so they wouldn’t miss their flight.
The Coles are simply grateful that the staff was understanding of their situation and that they were not prevented from visiting New York.
