Since the harsh weather began, this Turkish business has welcomed animals that would otherwise suffer in the cold.
Bayal’s thoughtful deed toward the cats has won him accolades from animal lovers, but not everyone who visits his business agrees. Nonetheless, rather than evicting the cats for the sake of profit, the shopkeeper advised the customers to go elsewhere.
“Those who are bothered by cats, do not shop here!” he posted in his business window.
Despite the risk of losing some clients, assisting in keeping the cats warm and fed throughout the severe winter months has its own benefits.
