The manager of the Winona Animal Clinic, as he was opening the office door, heard a scream near the office. He started looking around and as soon as he approached a cement slab he noticed that the sound was coming from there. Slowly she had pulled the plate where as soon as she saw the kitten he was horrified by her condition.
Kitten despite the terrible pain, she was not aggressive, but looked sweet and loving even in that condition.
The manager of the Winona Animal Clinic as soon as he saw the kitten immediately fell in love with him. She did everything to save him.
After the little kitten was taken to the Animal Shelter of Hope, Angela and the other staff took good care of the beautiful kitten. I applied the prescribed oil twice a day and gave it antibiotics as directed.
Unfortunately, her eye did not heal after three days of intensive care, so we had to go back to the vet said Angela.
As soon as we sent her to the vet, they saw that her eye was so damaged that it would have to be removed and that she would have surgery because it looked like her eye was about to explode. Wilma was feeling and looking better the day after surgery.
Wilma’s stitches will be removed soon and she will be ready to go to her permanent home.
Winona Animal Clinic manager shared a post on social media: We were able to intervene immediately and provide Wilma with the care she urgently needed. We appreciate her, and we believe she values her as well.
The kitten even though it has only one eye, it can play and feed just like other cats. Hopefully it will be adapted by a family very soon said Angela.
