This sick kitten was found and rescued by Animal’s Cottage – Rescue Center. He suffered from diarrhea and the loss of his mom. But what impressed the rescuers was his staring eyes. As humans can’t understand the cat’s language, the rescuers couldn’t tell exactly what he wanted to say through those miserable eyes. But it seemed that he was long for love and attention.
The story started when Animal’s Cottage received a call about a kitten found in a butcher shop. Because of diarrhea, his tail and back legs were dirty. The rescue team calmed him down with some soft food and took him to their shelter. It was dangerous for the kitten to live in that place where passing vehicles were on the road all day long, and he might be hit by them.
Diarrhea caused severe dehydration and made it difficult for the cat to walk properly. He desperately needed help and love. When the rescuers started caressing the little boy, he felt relaxed and warm. He was given the name Sunshine as how his eyes looked like. The little boy always looked in the rescuer’s eyes whenever they stayed with him. And therefore, the team thought they hadn’t seen such a humane kitten before.
The next day, Sunshine was taken to the vet for a health check-up. Tests showed that the poor boy was suffering from severe diarrhea, high fever, and dehydration. For the next two weeks, Sunshine was taken to the clinic constantly for his treatment. The rescuers hoped he would recover soon.
Now, sweetheart Sunshine is enjoying his cheerful life with lovely friends at the foster home. Hopefully, he will find a loving family for himself.
