The sad reality of life is that there are millions of abandoned animals on the streets, but luckily we still have kind-hearted heroes without a cape who are willing to do whatever they can to give these poor creatures a second chance in life. They make our world a lot better.
Meet Stoyan and Dessy, a wonderful couple in Bulgaria who works hard to save as many stray cats they come across as possible. The beautiful tortoiseshell kitten in this story is one of the lucky cats whom they have rescued. It all started when the duo heard this kitty meowing helplessly in the trash near their house and spotted her struggling in search of something edible down there. Right at that second, they already knew they were going to change her life.
Dessy prepared a small amount of food for her, but the pitiful kitten was too scared to even try to eat even though she was clearly starving. Either of them knew exactly what happened to this tiny baby that made her so frightened and alert, but it was all in the past, it did not matter. The only thing that mattered was her future, and they were sure that it’s going to be so bright.
They took the cat home and named her Chloe. Chloe didn’t adapt quickly to her new life, everything was so strange and different from the streets. It took plenty of time for Stoyan and Dessy to gain the kitty’s trust. However, with a lot of love and patience (and food, of course), everything was possible.

A few months had passed and our little Chloe had grown into a gorgeous tortie. Although some of her habits remained the same, she was much more open-hearted and undoubtedly happier. She was also ready for adoption and even though Stoyan and Dessy would be sad to see her go, they both hoped that the sweet girl could find herself a forever home to call her own.
