Although it has been demonstrated that cats may lower tension and calm the body, I’ve never seen it in action quite like this, and it’s so precious that I could watch it again and again!
Stewie, the household cat, was shown on video being tenderly stroked by wailing infant Connar by a Canadian father. Connar the infant seems to fall asleep all of a sudden. Connar continues to thrash about a little more but stops weeping as the cat maintains his paws on his head. He gently pats the baby’s forehead till the child nods out.
Our cat Stewie helps put our new baby Connar to sleep, the pleased father said on YouTube. The end is the sweetest part! And he is correct. It’s really rather cute.
